Stained glass workshop offered

Registrations are now open for a two-part stained glass workshop for beginners and others to be taught by Karen West of Garden of Glass on Sept. 13-15, sponsored by the Creative Arts Council.
Participants will sketch and create a layered glass collage from selected colors of stained glass provided by the instructor. The workshop will be presented at the Arts Commerce & Visitors Centre from 2 to 4 p.m. on both Monday the 13th and Wednesday the 15th. Cost is $30 which covers supplies and instruction.
