Appleseed quilt in FW Aug. 12-14

The Appleseed Quilt Show will be held at the Coliseum in Fort Wayne on Aug. 12-14.
Over 300 quilts will be showcased and noted author and quilt maker Edyta Sitar will be teaching workshops and showing her quilts. She will attend a brunch on Saturday, Aug. 14.
Twenty-seven vendors will be on hand selling fabric, sewing machines and other quilt-related objects. Admission is $7 daily and parking is $4. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. More information at www.appleseedquiltersguild.com
