Bluffton Parks Department

Free Women’s Self Defense Class – Will be held May 16th from 9-12 in the City Gym for ladies age 14 and up. Students will learn pressure point techniques to defend themselves from attackers and receive self defense sticks. Must call 824-6069 to register by May 15.

Bluffton Parks Department in cooperation with Life Church will be hosting a Bus Tour on May 21st from 7am-5pm. Tour includes a stop at Wick’s Pie Factory, Silver Towne and Ghyslain’s Chocolate Factory. Cost is $15 and lunch is on your own at Mrs. Wicks Restaurant. Swim Lesson Registration is May 16th from 10:30-12:30 at the WC Pool. Lessons are M-W-F in June or July for 3 weeks for students who have completed Kindergarten and older. New Tot swim is for children 4-pre K for 3 Saturday lessons in July from 11-11:45 with a parent. Cost for any swim lesson is $5.50 per child. For more information call 824-6069.

½ day summer kids camp - Children finishing K-3rd grade may participate in a M-W-F camp from 8am – noon. Students will receive an hour gymnastic lesson, an hour tennis lesson, free play & snack, and an hour of swim lesson. Cost is $30 for June 8-26th or July 6-24th. Call to register at 824-6069. Limited enrollment.
