Theater Thursdays to start July 18
Bluffton Regional Medical Center, the Wells County Public Library and the Bluffton Parks Department are working together to offer a new program called Theater Thursdays. It will be held the third Thursday of every month at the Main Library for a movie, snacks and a chance to win a variety of door prizes. This FREE event starts at 10 a.m.
 The first movie on July 18 is an American epic historical drama film directed and produced by Steven Spielberg, starring Daniel Day-Lewis as our 16th President. For more information call 824-6069.

Glass blowing exhibit at FWMA tonight
On Thursday, July 11, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Eran Park will be demonstrating the art of glass blowing in the Paradigm Gallery at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art.
There is no admission charge and a cash bar and light refreshments will be available.

Ventures in Creative Arts Exhibit July 13-Aug. 16
The Fort Wayne Artists Guild and the University of Saint Francis School of Creative Arts will present the 36th Annual Ventures in Creativite from July 13 through Aug. 16 at the Weatherhead Gallery located on the Saint Francis campus in Fort Wayne.
A reception for the artists and public will be held at the Weatherhead Gallery in the Mimi and Ian Rolland Art and Visual Communication Center on the Saint Francis campus on Saturday, July 13 from 6- 9 p.m. Awards will be given at 7 p.m. Normal gallery hours for Ventures in Creativity are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Vivianna Szabo, judge for this show, is a nationally recognized artist who has won awards in many juried competitions. For further information about the show visit fortwayneartistsguild.org.

The Handmade Summer Market July 13
The public is invited to beat the heat during the Three Rivers Festival by attending the Handmade Summer Market at Artlink Gallery, 300 E. Main, on Saturday, July 13th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Handmade Summer Market, presented by local artisans Foxy Ladies Art Posse, will feature many unique, locally made arts and crafts. The market will be open rain or shine. Admission is free. Donations will be accepted.

Saturday Night at The Village July 13
Swiss Village will sponsor Saturday Night at the Village July 13 from 7 to 8 p.m. with free entertainment will be provided by southern gospel group  The Master’s Own.

Montpelier Noodle dinner July 14
Members of the Montpelier Lions Club will sponsor a Noodle Dinner Sunday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
The meal will include chicken or beef and noodles with all the trimmings. Eat in or carry out. A freewill donation will be accepted.
The club is located at the corner of High and Jefferson Streets in Montpelier.

Musical Entourage Fundraiser July 15
Members of the Bluffton High School Musical Entourage will sponsor a Pizza Hut fundraiser Monday, July 15 from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

The choir will earn $1 per buffet sold plus tips and donations.
