Ossian Health and Rehabilitative and Ossian Revitalization present the annual Ossian Halloween Carnival, 5 to 7 p.m., Oct. 28th at Ossian Health and Rehab Center. There will be games, prizes, food and a costume contest.
The Ossian town Trick or Treat event will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Oct. 31.
