The Bluffton Parks and Recreation will sponsor a Howl–O –Ween Pet Photo Contest this fall. Dress your pet in a Halloween costume and mail the picture to 128 E Market for a chance to win some great prizes. All photos need to have pets name, owners name and phone printed on the back.
