Women’s Self Defense

Women’s Self Defense – Bluffton Parks Department invites ladies age 14 and up to the City Gym on Saturday Aug 8th from 9-11:30. Sgt Jim Paxton will teach pressure point techniques to defend yourself from an attacker. Free event, but please call to register by the 7th at 824-6069.
