What's Up (after the 4-H Fair)

Pray for Bob Flowers signs available
“Pray for Bob Flowers” signs can be purchased for $10 each at Baller Signs, located at 3124 E. State Road 124, Bluffton. Proceeds will go to the family for medical expenses. Mr. Flowers recently had a brain tumor removed. He is the owner of Kousin's Kustom Kars in Bluffton.

4-H Park Clean-up July 24
4-H families will volunteer during the 4-H Park Clean up day Friday, July 24 from 10 a.m. to noon. An Appreciation Lunch will be held at noon.Call Roger Sherer at 260-824-6412.

Car show July 25 at Bryant
Bearcreek Farms will host a classic car show on Saturday July 25. Registration will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Awards will be at 4 p.m. For more information call 260-997-6822.
There will be entertainment during the carshow featuring Oldies DoopWop Accapella group Blend from Illinois. There will be trophies, dash plaques and more. Call 260-997-6822.

Region Five Grant Awards July 28
The Region Five Grant Awards Reception and Ceremony at Arts Place is rescheduled for Tuesday, July 28 at 5 p.m.
Arts Place, Inc., as the Region Five Partner of the Indiana Arts Commission hosts an award ceremony each year announcing the Region Five Grant Awards for Arts Organization Support, Arts Project Support and Mini Grants from the Indiana Regional Arts Partnership and a public reception to honor the recipients.
All media representatives are encouraged to attend the reception at 5:00 p.m., featuring Hartford City artist Kim Anderson, followed by the grant awards ceremony at 6 p.m. Please RSVP by contacting Sue Burk, 260-726-4809, ext. 223.

Free lunch at Life July 28
Members of Life Community Church at 428 S. Oak Street, Bluffton will be serve a free lunch Tuesday July 28 from 11 a.m. to noon.
The lunch will consist of hotdogs, chips, cookies and a drink. Lunch will be served outside of the Life building on the Oak Street side entrance.

Northern Gospel Singing Convention July 30-Aug. 1
Alan Godsey and The Northmen will present the 10th annual Northern Gospel Singing Convention July 30 at 5 p.m., July 31 at 1 and 5 p.m. and Aug. 1 at 1 and 5 p.m. at Sunnycrest Baptist Family Life Center at 2172 W. Chapel Pike in Marion.
