Crop nights at Science Central July 10
Science Central will host crop and craft nights beginning Friday, July 10. Participants are asked to bring their own supplies and will be given four feet of table space to create their masterpieces. Snacks and drinks will be provided. There will also be a swap table.
Crop nights will take place on the second Friday of each month until Jan. 8, 2010. The event is for adults age 18 and older. Cost is $8 per session. For more information call 260-424-2400.

Four gardens in Master Gardeners July 11 & 12 walk
Four gardens will be featured on the Wells County Master Gardeners Walk to be held on July 11 and 12. Hours on Saturday will be from noon to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m.
Gardens to be showcased will include:
Gene and Linda Worman, 4998 East St. Rd. 124, Bluffton.
Steve and Gayla Gerber, 315 East Dustman Rd., Bluffton.
Marty and Andrea Grover, 1020 South Williams St., Bluffton.
Scot and Tera Fredrickson, 4860 W 900 South-90, Montpelier.
Admission to view all four gardens is $5 for those 12 and older and tickets may be purchased on the days of the walk at each garden.

Art in the Park
July 11 & 12
Art in the Park will kick off the annual Three Rivers Festival Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 at Freiman Square in Fort Wayne. It will be an outdoor showcase of local, regional and national fine arts. There will be over 70 booths of artwork from hand blown glassware to jewelry.
On Saturday, July 11 from 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, July 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Russell Donnellon will perform guitar music. On Sunday, July 12 at 1 p.m. The Alicia Pyle Trio will perform.

Trap and Skeet Shoot July 12
South West Conservation, located at 5703 Bluffton Road, will sponsor Trap and Skeet Shoot July 12 and 26 from 12:30 p.m. to close. It is open to the public Call 260-747-4677.

Spike & the Bulldogs at Kehoe July 12
Spike and the Bulldogs will perform in concert Sunday, July 12 at 7 p.m. at Kehoe Park along the Wabash River in Bluffton. Admission is free. For more information call the Creative Arts Council of Wells County at 260-824-5222

Waiter/Waitress Competition at Three Rivers July 13
The Waiter/Waitress Competition will be held Monday, July 13 at 11 a.m. in Freimann Square. Team entry fee is $30.Pre-registration is available at: www.trfonline.org. The event is free for spectators.
Teams of three food servers will race to set a table after navigating obstacles. Each round will increase in levels of difficulty, as tables begin being set for breakfast, then finish for a seven-course meal. The winner will received $1,000 in cash and prizes. For more information call 260-426-5556.
