Theater Thursday Oct. 16

Theater Thursday will be held Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. at the Wells County Public Library.

The movie for adults will be “RV” rated PG. The Bluffton Parks and Recreational Department, Wells County Public Library and Bluffton Regional Senior Circle have partnered together to offer this free monthly movie.  

Available will be free snacks, a 10-minute health info and prizes. For more information call 824-6069. The event is free.

Ossian Psi Iota Xi Basket Bingo Oct. 20

Ten area businesses, along with members of Ossian Psi Iota Xi Sorority will sponsor the 10th annual Basket Bingo Monday, Oct. 20 at the Ossian United Methodist Church at 201 W. Mill Street. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. Bingo will start at 7 p.m. Cost is $20 per person. Several area businesses have donated items for the event. 

The sorority supports local projects such as the Ossian Archbold Wilson Park Amphitheater Fund, educational scholarships, projects aimed at literature, help for speech and hearing impaired and other fine arts needs throughout the area. For more information call 260-622-4903 or 260-403-4846.

God and Country Concert Oct. 21

St. Mark’s United Methodist Church will sponsor a God and Country Concert Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. at 546 W. State Road 224 in Decatur. Todd Allen Herendeen will perform with gospel and patriotic music to honor all veterans.

Pumpkin Dunkin Oct. 22

The Bluffton Parks and Recreation will offer a Pumpkin Dunkin Swim Wednesday, Oct. 22. Those participating can swim in a pool of pumpkins before they decide which one to take home. The event is held at the Bluffton Middle School pool at 6:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required  by calling 824-6069. Admission is $3 each.
