Markle Festival of Trees Dec. 5
Decorated tree entries are being sought for the annual Markle Festival of Trees during Our Town event Dec. 5. Trees will be displayed at Markle Furniture at 193 E. Morse Street.
The public will vote. Categories include: best popular tree, best religious theme and best business theme. Entry is free. Trees must be at least five feet tall, but not more than eight feet tall.
Trees may be set up Nov. 27 through Dec. 4. Hours of set up are Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Trees can be left until Jan. 4.
