Jay County Indiana’s annual Winterfest celebration, hosted by the Jay County Chamber of Commerce, will start Nov. 19, and will include several events through Nov. 22. Join us as we welcome the holiday season with a vast array of events perfect for all ages, and families of all shapes and sizes.

• Christmas at the Courthouse. Beautifully decorated and open for viewing!
• Live Nativity Production. Old Fire Station, 6:30 p.m.
• Community Christmas Sing. Courthouse, 7 p.m.
• Lighting of the Christmas Tree: South Courthouse lawn, 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 20
• Arts Place Holiday Auction. Arts Place, 131 E. Walnut St. Doors Open at 5 p.m. Auction begins at 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 21
• Children’s Breakfast. East Jay Middle School, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Featuring Mickey and Minnie and Friends.
• Kids’ Karnival. East Jay Middle School, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Holiday Open House. Retail Merchants, 9 a.m.—6 p.m.
• Courthouse Open—Vote for your favorite tree!
• Little Miss WinterFest Contest. Courthouse, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Free Carriage Rides. Courthouse, Court Street, Noon to 3 p.m. Bring a canned good for the food pantry.
• Bingo—John Jay Center for Learning Café, Noon—2 p.m.
