Cheeseballs ready
Members of Alpha Eta Chapter of Psi Iota XI have announced that their cheese balls are ready for the upcoming holiday season.

Create a holiday newsletter Nov. 18
Learn how to use Microsoft Word to create easy and beautiful Christmas newsletters to send to your family and friends Thursday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wells County Public Library.
Instructor Joe Wietelman will walk you through set up, adding photos and clip art, beautiful fonts and color. Feel free to bring a photo on a CD or flash drive to use and to save your newsletter.
Beginners are welcome but you should have basic knowledge of MS Word to get the most out of this class. The class fee is $5, due when registering.
Class size is limited so sign up at the library, by calling 260-824-1612 or online at www.wellscolibrary.org.

Homemaker's
Holiday Luncheon
The annual Homemakers Holiday Luncheon will be held Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Wells County 4-H Park Community Center in Bluffton. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. The program will start at 11 a.m. The theme will be “Bells and Bows.” Cost is $10 per person.
The U.Y.B. Club will prepare and serve the luncheon. The menu includes turkey, baked potato, Harvard beets, spinach salad, rolls and butter, pineapple pie with coffee, iced tea or water.
The Busy Bees Club has arranged the program and entertainment by the Wells County Chorus and the Ossian Bell Ringers under the direction of Linda Baller.
Reservations are due by Nov. 20 to: Janice Walker, treasurer, 2672W., 900S., Poneto, IN 46781. Those participating need not be members of Extension Homemakers to attend. Guests are welcome.

Sleepy Snake
program Nov. 18 at
Salamonie Reservoir
Enjoy learning about nature in an active way with your child or grandchild during the Sleepy Snake program Wednesday, Nov. 18 and Thursday, Nov. 19, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Salamonie Interpretive Center.
During this program, children ages two to five and their parent or caregiver will focus on snakes, hibernation and the snake's role in the environment. No matter the weather, the program is planned to be both indoors and out. There is a $2 fee per child.
The property entrance fee is waived for program attendees.
