Veteran's Day
program Nov. 8 at Ossian Presbyterian
Ossian Presbyterian Church will present a special Veteran's Day recognition Sunday, Nov. 8 at 10:30 a.m. A luncheon will follow the event. All military people, active and retired, are welcome to attend.

Holiday Craft Bazaar Nov. 7 at Blackford
The Blackford County Extension Homemakers will sponsor their annual Holiday Craft Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Blackford County 4-H Building in Hartford City.

Supper and a movie Nov. 7
There will be an all-you-can-eat Fish and Chicken supper at Boehmer United Methodist Church at 3467S., 600W., Liberty Center, Saturday, Nov. 7 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The meat will be prepared by Back Door Concessions. Proceeds will go to mission projects and the Alaska Work Trip. There will be a free offering.
At 7:15 p.m. the movie Fireproof will be shown. A children's movie will be shown in the basement.

Silent auction at Montpelier Nov. 9-24
The Montpelier Friends of the Library will sponsor a “Silent Auction” at the library, beginning Nov. 9 through Nov. 24. The winning bids will be announced at 6 p.m. on Nov. 24. Refreshment will be available. Auction items will be theme baskets, which are just in time for Christmas gifts.

Thanksgiving supper at Zanesville Church Nov. 11
Zanesville Community Church of God will hold their free Thanksgiving Sup­per on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 6 p.m. Turkey, dressing, salads and desserts will be served. Cost is donation! Make reservations by calling the church at 638-4239 or Lois Swihart at 622-4276.
