Salamonie Bird Club announces upcoming events

Salamonie Bird Club has announced their upcoming birdwatching events.
Dec. 12: The club will meet briefly at 12:30 p.m. and then go to the Salamonie Interpretive Center’s Holiday Open House at 1 p.m.

Feb. 20, 2010: Eagle Watch from 2 to 7:30 p.m. at Salamonie Interpretive Center for an overview on Indiana bald eagles before caravanning to northern Indiana’s largest documented eagle roost. Bring snacks and a full tank of gas. Those who carpool can share gas expenses. Dress for weather, bring binoculars and cameras.
