Camera Club meeting May 26:
The Creative Arts Council's Camera Club will meet Thursday, May 26, to learn tips and techniques to frame photos.

This free event is open to everyone interested in photography and will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the home of B.K. Campbell at 835 Parkway Drive in Bluffton.

Science Central cuts ribbon on classroom space May 27:
Science Central will hold a sneak peek and ribbon cutting for Science Central’s newest classroom on Friday, May 27, at 10:30 am. This classroom has been sponsored by the Grainger Foundation.

For more information, contact Science Central at www.sciencecentral.org or 260-424-2400 ext. 441. Science Central is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is just $7.

Youth suicide panel discussion May 31:
A panel of concerned professionals and adults representing Youth for Christ and Life Matters Counseling will lead a discussion on suicide and its underlying causes Tuesday, May 31, at 7 p.m. at Life Community Church, located at 428 S. Oak Street, Bluffton.

The discussion will focus on the trends in the community and among the youth of today.

Those attending will be shown ways to identify early warning signs in youth. Discussed will be root causes of thoughts and behaviors that lead to such tragic events and how to pray to help those struggling with it.
