The Wells County Public Library will hold a beginners genealogy workshop in the Indiana Room at the main branch on Thursday, May 19, from 6:00-7:30 pm. Vi Tester and Meredythe Fritz will give a quick tour of the Indiana Room, followed by hands-on research tips using the books, microfilm and databases. The goal is to have attendees experience an actual search to educate them of the various resources available when working on their own family histories. Must be registered by May 18th to attend.
