The Wells County Extension Homemakers will hold their annual festival Thursday, May 20 at the Wells County 4-H Community Center in Bluffton. Poplar Grove Club will be hosting the event.
Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. The program will start at 6 p.m. Cost is $9 per person. Reservations are due by May 13. Those wishing to attend can make a check payable to the Wells County Extension Homemakers and send it to: Janice Walker at 2672W., 900S., Poneto, IN 46781.
The evening is a celebration of the previous year of activities as well as recognizing 50 year members and 90 year old members. There will be a performance by the County Chorus, voting for the Cultural Arts entry for Home and Family Conference, naming the Homemaker of the Year, recognizing county officers and installing the 2010-2011 officer and more.
You don’t have to be a member of a club to attend the event.
