JAY COUNTY COMMUNITY BAND CONCERT—Dust off your old band instruments and join the band. Eight weeks of rehearsals from 6:30 to 8 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, May 26, culminating in a July 4 concert at the Jay County Fairgrounds.
