Bluffton Farmer’s Market open
The Farmer’s Market is open at the Dutch Mill Plaza (Main Street at the bridge) on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
Current features include sweetcorn, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, beans, peaches, flowers, fresh baked goods, BBQ sauce, woodworking products, handmade crafts, and more. (Pd. Advt.)

Future programs for 2016
The Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department is starting to plan fun programs for next year and want suggestions.
Those with ideas of programs they would like to see in Bluffton can message the department at parks@ci.bluffton.in.us and let us know any contacts you might have who can help make it happen.

Alzehimer’s Support Group to meet Sept. 2
The Wells County Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group will meet at the First United Methodist Church, located at 325 W. Washington St. in Bluffton, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, not July 2.

Star Gazing Sept. 12
A star gazing night is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12 at Lancaster Park at 8 p.m.
There will be a variety of telescopes to view Saturn, Venus, the stars and more. 
This program is recommended for ages eight and older. Donations will be accepted for the Fort Wayne Astronomical Society.
