Member Appreciation Meals at 4-H Park this weekend
The Wells County Farm Bureau Inc. will sponsor a Membership Appreciation Meal on Saturday, July 19 from 4-8 p.m. at the Wells County 4-H Park Food Pavilion. Those attending should bring their postcard to receive one free meal. 
The meal will include a beef barbeque sandwich, potato skins, applesauce, cookie, and drink.
Also, the Wells County Farm Bureau Young Farmers will sponsor a pancake and sausage breakfast at the Wells County 4-H Park Food Pavilion on Sunday, July 20 from 7-11 a.m.
       
Mercer County Garage Sale July 24-29
A six-day garage sale, sponsored by the Mercer County Council on Aging, will be held July 24-29 at the Senior Citizen Center in Celina, Ohio.
Donations can be made July 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ begins July 26
“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” the musical, will be the next production by the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre at the Arts United Center.
There will be 8 p.m. performances on Saturdays, July 26, Aug. 2 and 9 and Fridays of Aug. 1 and 8. Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. will be held on July 27, Aug. 3 and 10.
Taking the roles of “the scoundrels” will be Aaron Mann and Travis Grams.
Tickets are $29 for adults, $24 for Sunday senior matinees and $17 for those 23 and younger. The box office is open from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling 2260-424-5220.
Saint Aloysius Gator Gallop 5K Run/Walk July 26
The 14th annual Saint Aloysius Gator Gallop 5K Run/Walk will be held Saturday, July 26 at 14623 Bluffton Road, Yoder.
To beat the heat this is an evening event. Registration begins at 6 p.m. in school gym. The  Run/Walk starts at 7 p.m. in church parking lot.
First place “Gator” plaques to the top male and top female overall and to the top male and female masters will be awarded.  Trophies will go to the second and third place overall. Trophies will be given to the first, second and third in each male and female age division.
Proceeds to benefit Saint Aloysius School Classroom Furniture Fund.

Liberty Center VBS July 27-31
Liberty Center Community Vacation Bible School will be held Sunday, July 27 through Thursday, July 31 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for children ages four through grade nine. A kick-off picnic will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, July 27 at the Liberty Center park.

Police Boot Camp July 28
There are only two openings left for Police Boot Camp that will be held the week of July 28 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 
This camp is for fourth through sixth grade students. Goals are for the youth to learn about respecting the flag and authority, self-discipline, physical fitness, bike safety, swim rescue, self defense, how to track a K9 and much more.
Boot camp will be instructed by officers of the Bluffton Police Department and assisted by the Bluffton Parks Department. Those attending will learn healthy lifestyle habits including exercise and healthy eating.
Each participant will receive a T-shirt, shorts, dog tags, hat, plenty of water and snacks. Camp costs $10 per child.
