Farmer’s Market Wednesdays and Saturdays
The Farmer’s Market is now open at the Dutch Mill Plaza (Main Street at the bridge) on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 
Current features include garden and bedding plants, fresh strawberries, fresh baked goods, fresh roasted coffee, woodworking products, candles and handmade crafts, locally grown meat, and more. (Pd. Advt.)

Wet Wacky Wednesday July 9
The pool will be open for evening family swim every Wednesday during the pool season. Pool hours are 6:30-8 p.m. and cost is $1.50 per person over age five. All youth must be accompanied by an adult. Dates are July 16, 23, 30 and Aug. 6. 

Whitley County 4-H Fair July 11-17
The Whitley County 4-H Fair will be held in Columbia City June 11-17 at 680 W. Squawbuck Rd. (just off US Highway 30). Admission to the 4-H Fair is free and there is no charge  for parking. For more information visit: www.whitleycounty4h.com.

July acitivies listed for Muncie Children’s Museum 
From July 14-18, the Muncie Children’s Museum will host Peg + Cat Problem Solving Camp from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. 
In the five-day camp, children will use their math skills to solve a new problem every day. Campers will play games, make crafts and enjoy math themed snacks. Camp will conclude with Problem Solving Day, where campers will be able to share and solve a problem with their family.  
Registration for summer camp is $60 for museum members and $70 for non-museum members. Registration deadline is July 9.

Daylily Show at Conservatory July 12
Enjoy the colors and variety of one of summer’s flowers with a flower show presented by the Fort Wayne Daylily Society Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Daylilies are a rugged and dependable garden flower with colors from white and yellow to peach and raspberry. Let the experts help you select the best varieties for your garden. 
Plants may be available for purchase. There will be a special discounted admission fee to the Conservatory gardens and daylily show on that Saturday: $3 per adult, $2 per child. Children age 2 and under free.

Heartland and the Heartland Festival Chorus July 13
Heartland, along with the Heartland Festival Chorus, will appear at Plymouth Congregational Church Sunday, July 13. A free will offering will be accepted. For the time and for more information call 260-436-8080.

Friends of Shelter meeting July 14
Friends of the Shelter, the organization that provides support for the Bluffton/Wells County Animal Shelter, will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 14 in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market Street.
Items on the agenda include shelter operations and an update on the new dog park and upcoming dog wash on July 26.
