Southern Wells Church to sponsor Hog Roast tonight at 4-H park
The Southern Wells Community Church annual missions fundraiser will be held tonight from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Cook Shack located at the Wells County 4-H Park.
Tickets are $6.50 for adults and $3 for Kids age 10 and under. The price includes a pork sandwich (or hot dog, if preferred), two sides, a cookie, and a drink. Call 765-728-2154.

Engraved Silver Coin to be auctioned
July 22
A silver coin engraved with “2010 Wells County 4-H” will be sold at the 4-H Livestock Auction on July 22. The coin was donated by Mr. And Mrs. Ron Meyers. Proceeds will go to the Wells County 4-H Foundation for the 4-H Junior Leader Booth Building Fund.
The sale order for the Auction is: Sheep, Dairy Feeder, Goat, Poultry, Swine, Rabbit, 4-H Foundation, Beef, Dairy, and Dairy Beef.

Preble Truck &
Tractor Pull July 23
The Preble Volunteer Fire Fighting Association, Inc. will sponsor a Power-O-Rama Truck and Tractor Pull Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24 at 7 p.m. at Preble Fireman's Park, located on U.S. 224 near Decatur.
Friday will feature four wheel drive Street Stock and Altered, two wheel Super Stock and Small Block, four wheel drive Hot and Hot Street Diesels, Hot and Unlimited Farm Tractors and Econo Mod Tractor. On Friday admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children ages eight to 12 and free for those age seven and under. Pit passes will be $12.
Saturday will feature Modified Mini Tractors, Super Farm Tractors, two wheel drive trucks and Light Pro Stock Tractors. On Saturday, admission is $13 for adults, $7 for children ages eight to 12 and free for those age seven and younger. Pit passes are $20. Call 260-547-4359, 260-223-9273 or 260-547-4159.

Free Dinner at Life July 25
Life Community Church, located at 428 S. Oak Street, Bluffton, will sponsor a free dinner Sunday, July 25 from 5 to 6 p.m.
Meals can be eaten at the church of carried out. There is a limit of five carry out meals per person. For more information call 824-2252.
