Free lunches on Thursdays at Life Church
Life Community will be serving a free lunch on Thursdays during the summer from 11 a.m. to noon at 428 S. Oak Street, Bluffton.
The lunch will consist of hotdogs, chips, cookies and a drink. Lunch will be served outside of the Life building on the Oak Street side entrance. Plan to stay after lunch for games and a treat. For more information call 824-2252.

Squirrel Feeders & Bird Houses for Sale
The Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department has extra kits left over from the events this summer that are available for purchase. Each kit is $5 and is a great thing to do with your children or grandchildren. Call the park office at 824-6069 for details.

Dog Days of Summer needing pet care
services Aug. 14
The Parks Department is looking for pet care services and providers to join us at Pickett’s Run on Saturday, Aug 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is no cost to participate, just call the park office at 824-6069 to reserve a space.
This event will allow you to distribute information on your services to the pet owners who visit. There will be contests, demonstrations, and giveaways.

Street Fair Art Bazaar
The Parks Department is looking for adults who would like to sell their arts and crafts, such as jewelry, quilts, paintings, stain glass, mosaics etc. This event is held in the City Gym on Saturday Sept 25th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call the Park office to register at 260-824-6069.

Edelweiss Singers to perfrom July 15
The Edelweiss Singers will perform at the South Adams Senior Center Thursday evening, July 15 at 7 p.m. This is a group of men that love to sing. They have been performing around the area for many years and sing a variety of music. Don Gerig is the director and Mary Beth Huser is the accompanist. This concert is open to the general public, any age and any location. There is no admission charge, but donations will be accepted.

Chicken BBQ
Fundraiser July 19
The Wells County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a BBQ fundraiser Monday, July 19 during the Wells County 4-H from 4 to 7 p.m. Dine-in or Carry Out is available. Chicken will also be available at Villa North Mall from 4 to 6 p.m. with half chicken carry out ONLY. Tickets: are $6 for half chicken or $9 for a chicken dinner. Meal will include half chicken, baked potato, applesauce, roll and beverage.
