Jay County Business Expo and Home Show April 10-11
All residents and business owners of East Central Indiana are invited to attend this year’s Jay County Chamber of Commerce Business Expo and Home Show being held April 10-11, 2010 at Jay County High School. Chamber businesses, along with other local businesses will be displaying information about their business for all to see. Other activities will also be offered including raffles, give-aways, entertainment, live-music, a hoop-shoot, and food. Doors will open at Jay County High School in the Auxiliary Gym at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and close at 5 p.m. On Sunday the doors will open at noon and the fun will end at 4 p.m.

Pancake & Sausage Breakfast April 10
A pancake and sausage breakfast will be held at Lancaster Chapel United Methodist Church Saturday, April 10 from 7 to 9:30 a.m. A freewill offering will be taken with proceeds going to Bill and Penny Gay missionaries to Alaska. The church is located at 4510E 400N, Craigville. The public is welcome to attend.

Books & Dolls: America's First Ladies April 11
Books and Dolls: America's First Ladies event April 11 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Creative Arts Center in Bluffton. Hear a report of a variety of books about the wives of our presidents, enjoy tea and refreshments with friends. See a collection of replicas of inaugural gowns and 30+ dolls displaying the historic line of gowns through Hillary Clinton.www.wellscocreativearts.com. Call 260-824-5222.

Readers Circle
April 13
Readers Circle will be held Tuesday, April 13 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Creative Arts Center in Bluffton. Bring a brown bag lunch and join Jane Meyer for a review of a biography of a family member. Open to the public! www.wellscocreativearts.com.

St. Paul gently used sale April 16
St. Paul (Preble) Lutheran Ladies Aid, located at 750N and 450W in Adams County, will sponsor a Gently Used Sale consisting of clothing and other items Friday, April 16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to noon
There will also be a bake sale, noodles sale and cookbooks for sale.
On Saturday there will be a $2 bag sale. Proceeds go to purchase equipment and other needs for the church.

Hoagland Garage Sale and Flea Market April 17
The Hoagland Townwide Garage Sale and Flea Market will be held Saturday, April 17.
There will be food, drinks and rest rooms available at the Hoagland Park Pavilion. The Chamber of Commerce will serve food at the Antioch Church parking lot. Chicken and Noodle supper April 17
Members of Markle United Methodist Church will sponsor a homemade chicken and noddle dinner Saturday. April 17 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Carry outs available. A free will offering will be accepted. For more information call 260-758-2855.
