Hope Missionary Breakfast May 2
The Hope Missionary Church Disaster Relief Team will sponsor the annual Pancake, Sausage and Egg Breakfast Saturday, May 2 from 6 to 10 a.m. at the Family Life Center at 429 E. Dustman Road in Bluffton.Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 6-12. Kids age five and younger are free. All proceeds will go toward providing relief efforts to individuals and communities dealing with catastrophic events.

Prom Dress Exchange Short Formal Give Away May 8
Students at Bluffton High School May shop free of charge in the commons on Friday, May 8 from 3 to 4:30 for a dress furnished by Prom Dress Exchange.
Fifty short formal/sundresses in sizes 2-16 will be made available for interested students to try on.
Pickle Ball May 9
Pickle Ball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong and is played on a badminton-sized court with a paddle and a plastic ball.
Any adult who would like to learn this sport should meet on Saturday May 9 at 10 a.m. at the Lion’s Park at 228 Midway tennis courts.

Basket Making Class May 18
The Parks Department is accepting registration for a Basket Making Class to be held on Monday, May 18 at 6 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall.
Cost is $12 per person and due that day. Those attending will need to bring a square (4”) tissue box.
