What's Up? (Not the snow)

Lions Family & Senior Citizen Christmas Party Dec. 13
Zanesville Lions Family and Senior Citizen Christmas Party will be held Monday, Dec. 13 at the Zanesville United Methodist fellowship hall. Dinner served at 6:30 p.m. with entertainment, Santa, and bingo following. Entertainment provided by “Parker’s Follies.” All area senior citizens are welcome as guests for the evening. Warren RoadRunners outing Dec. 15
Try a new lunch spot. Join The Warren RoadRunners as they travel to the West End Restaurant in Decatur Dec. 15. Order the Wednesday special. Pan Fried Chicken with homemade mashed potatoes or any of the other great foods on the menu such as a fish sandwich and hand breaded onion rings. All trips leave from the Warren Church of Christ parking lot at 302 N. Wayne St., Warren at 10 a.m. Call by Dec. 13 to: Colleen Franklin at (260) 414-0223.

Paws and Claus event Dec. 15
During the Bluffton Parks Department Paws and Claus event Santa will hand out treats to all the good pets Wednesday, Dec. 15 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the city gym. Bring your own camera or purchase a picture from the photographer that can be picked up later or mailed to your house. Area pet care providers will be available along with many drawings and giveaways. All pets must be clean and on a leash. This is a free event.

Concordia concert
at FW’s Embassy
On Sunday, Dec. 12, at 4 p.m. the Concordia Lutheran High School Music Department will present “The Bells of Christmas” at the Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne.
The concert will feature the choirs, orchestra and band. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students and seniors and will be available at the door.

Weekday walkers at City Gym
Adults can have a warm place to walk this winter in the City Gym from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Monday throughFriday FREE. Enter the glass door on the west side of the building and sign in on the wooden gym door before you begin.
