Here come the Santas to the Balentine Gallery at the Arts Commerce & Visitors Centre, 211 Water St., Bluffton.
Among the art works to be viewed are needle works by Carolyn Huvendick, Carole Malone, Carol Loessel and Sue Dian; paper sculpture by F.B. Fogg; paintings by Nancy Wagner, Mary Ellen McEvoy and Barbara Barbieri; carvings by Norbert Ploetz and Larry Studabaker and drawings by Stephen Hartman and Lee Ann Garrett and others.
Children who were given Santa pictures to color during the Tree Festival should bring them back to the arts council office so that they may be included in the Santa exhibit.
Free viewing hours for the exhibit are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays (closed Christmas and New Year’s Days.) The above photo is of a Santa gourd painted by Mary Ellen McEvoy.
