Craft Bazaar, Car and Bike Show Oct. 2
Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Something for everyone! Breafast 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Beef or chicken and noodles. Kids Carnival and Bake Sale. Also a Car and Bike Show. Come and vote for your favorite. Everyone is invited to participate or just have fun.

Pulse auditions for Christmas show
Auditions for the Christmas production of “Miracle on 34th Street” at the Warren Pulse Opera House will be held on Monday, Sept. 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the theatre.
There are parts available for 10 men, 10 women and 10 children.
This will be a non-musical production, so auditions will consist of readings from the script. Rehearsals are held Monday through Friday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. with not everyone called for every night.
Performance dates are Nov. 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27 and Dec. 2, 3 and 4. There also will be two days of school performances, so that hose auditioning should be prepared to take two days off school or work to perform.

Understanding your Grief meeting
Sept. 28
Bereavement Education Series entitled “Understanding your Grief” will be held Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne.
This free program will help those who have lost someone to give an overall view of grieving, how it affects you and the ones you love.

Cuba Travelogue Sept. 30
The Sept. 30 Travelogue at the Creative Arts Center will be entitled: Cuba: A Road Trip from Havana to Santiago de Cuba Cuba, the largest island in the Caribbean, is a country with a rich cultural history.
Influenced largely by Spanish culture, Cuba also shares a connection to both American and African culture. This film touches on each of these influences as the filmmaker travels from city to city. From the forts of Havana, to the nostalgic crumbling and rusting pre-1960s American automobiles, and the beaches (like Daiquiri, home of the famous drink), this road trip around Cuba is certain to enlighten and delight viewers.
Single Show Tickets are $6 for adult and $3 per child.

Fish Fry at Mt. Zion Oct. 2
An All-You-Can-Eat Fish, Chicken and Tenderloin Supper will be held Saturday, Oct. 2 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Twin Bridge Conservation Club in Mt. Zion, located at 6374S., 600W in Wells County.
Tckets at the door are $8 for adults, $4.50 for children, ages six through 12 and free for those age five and younger. Carry-outs are available. Dan's Fish Fry will be preparing the meat.

Art for Sale Oct. 2
Finish all your holiday shopping in one day at one stop...the Balentine Gallery at the Arts Commerce & Visitors Centre. Area artists will be offering their recent paintings and pottery for sale with a special “Walk About” evening Saturday, Oct. 2 from 5:30 to 8 p.m..
