Christian writers will meet Sept. 13
The Christian Writer’s Group will meet Monday, Sept. 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at River Terrace library.
Come and join the fun, informative evening. Bring works in progress and the group will help; bring published works and the group will celebrate with you.

Salamonie Senior Fall Fest Sept. 13-16
The 2010 Salamonie Senior Fall Fest will take place Sept. 13-16 at Salamonie Reservoir Interpretive Center for those age 50 and older.
On Monday there will be a carry-in luncheon at 12:30 p.m. with Bread and Butter making at 3 p.m.
Tuesday begins at 8 a.m. with fishing followed by a Cement Leaf Craft, Drop Spinning, Knitting a Dishcloth, a Blacksmith Demonstration, more fishing and ends with a Fireside Music Jam. Wednesday begins with Apple Cider making at 9 a.m., a carry-in dinner at noon, T-shirt leaf prints, wood carving and entertainment in the evening. Thursday ends the fest with a Dutch Oven Demo and a carry-in brunch at 10:30 a.m. A $2 program fee entitles visitors to a program pass to use for the week’s events.

Bark before Dark event Sept. 15
The Bluffton Parks and Recreation will sponsor Bark Before Dark at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday Sept 15 at Washington Park. Bring your four legged friend on a leash to hunt for dog bones. FREE EVENT. For more information call 824-6069.
