St. Mark’s Father’s Day Carry-Out Pork Chop Dinner June 21
St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 16933 Thiele Rd., Fort Wayne, will sponsor a Carry-Out Only Pork Chop Dinner on Sunday, June 21, with pick up from 10 a.m. to 11:30 at the Church gym. A pork chop, baked potato, bread, and applesauce will be $7. Order tickets at 260-622-9073.

St. Aloysius to
celebrate 150th anniversary
June 20-21
St. Aloysius Church will celebrate its 150th anniversary on June 20-21 with several events.
On Saturday, a polka and square dance, featuring the music of Die Freudemacher German band, will be held from 7-10 p.m. in the activity center. Families are invited. A freewill donation will be accepted. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
After the dance, the parish will sponsor a bonfire and burn the mortgage to the building addition.
On Sunday, the 11 a.m. Mass will be celebrated by Bishop John M. D’Arcy. He will dedicate and anoint a new altar, which was built by parishioners. The interior of the church has also been redecorated and painted through the volunteer efforts of the parishioners. After Mass, children’s games and beef barbecue will be available from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Bearcreek Farms Day June 25
The South Adams Senior Center will sponsor a Bearcreek Farms Day Thursday, June 25.
Meet at Bearcreek Farms at 11:30 a.m. Seating for lunch is at noon. The package includes the buffet meal, dessert, drink,tax, tip, and the 2 p.m. show “Branson on the Road”. Regular price is $25. Special Senior Center price is $20. Sign up and pay at the South Adams Senior Center, 825 Hendricks St., Berne, In. 46711. Sew a Seam for Charity June 25-27
During the Original Creative Festival at Sharonville Convention Center June 25 through June 27 a LoveQuilt™ Connection charity event will be held where show attendees sit and sew a seam for charity. The group will be using the 6-Hour Quilt by Kaye Wood, author and hostess of TV's Kaye's Quilting Friends.
The idea behind the event is people will sit and sew some steps on the quilts which are then donated to local charities such at Ronald McDonald House, children's hospitals, Operation Linus, Wounded Warriors, VA hospitals, fire departments and police departments.

Celina Garage Sale June 25-30
