Swiss Heritage summer events
The Berne Swiss Heritage Village and Museum is open for summer visitors from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays and holidays.
During Swiss Days, July 24-26, there will be an antique tractor and engine show, weaving demonstrations, and cheese making and saw mill demonstrations. On Saturday, there will be wiener dog races and a dog show as well as antique cars and a heavyweight horse pull. A truck and tractor pull is scheduled for August and the Heritage Festival will be held on a Saturday in September.
