Farmer’s Market Wednesdays and Saturdays
The Farmer’s Market is now open at the Dutch Mill Plaza (Main Street at the bridge) on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 
Current features include garden and bedding plants, fresh strawberries, fresh baked goods, fresh roasted coffee, woodworking products, candles and handmade crafts, locally grown meat, and more. (Pd. Advt.)

Weekly Lunchtime entertainment
Every Thursday from noon to 1:30 p.m. free entertainment is offered in downtown Fort Wayne at One Summit Square. Throughout the summer this includes live music, food trucks and other vendors.

Wet Wacky Wednesday June 25
Wet Wacky Wednesday will be held June 25. The pool will be open for evening family swim every Wednesday during the pool season. Pool hours are 6:30-8 p.m. and cost is $1.50 per person over age five. All youth must be accompanied by an adult. Dates are: July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and Aug. 6. 

FW’s Greek Fest at Headwaters June 26-29
Fort Wayne’s Headwaters Park will be the site of the 34th annual Greek Fest from, June 26-29.
There will be live Greek bands and dancing and dance troupe performances at 12:30 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. daily. Entertainment by Sweetcakes, face painting, balloons and caricatures during the event.
On Saturday there will be an Olympic 5K Run/Walk at 10 a.m. Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday (free before 4 p.m. and $3 after) and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday (free all day).

Sunday Lets Go “Fishin” study July-August
Lets go “Fishin” with Pastor-Evangelist Jim Cline will be held at the 1st Church of the Nazarene, Ossian, July through August at 6 p.m. Do you want to be a more effective witness? Do you want your heart rekindled? Do you want a workable plan for reaching the unsaved? If the answer to any or all of these questions is yes join us on Sunday nights. Heartland and the Heartland Jazz Orchestra concert July 3
Heartland and the Heartland Jazz Orchestra will take to Main Street Roanoke to celebrate America. From 40’s Big Band to Armed Forces Service Anthems Thursday, July 3 at 5 p.m.
Also at 5 p.m. an All-American Barbecue (available from Joseph Decuis).
At 8 p.m. Classic Rock n’ Roll Band Endgame will play a Main Stage Show. Tickets are  $10 or $5 for students. For more information call 260-436-8080.

Blackford 4-H Parade July 14

The Blackford County 4-H and Open Parade will be held July 14. Those who are interested in participating can call 765-348-3213 to get an entry form. Deadline is June 27.
