Richmond opens enchanted fairy trail tour
The welcome center in Richmond offers a free brochure to traveling the Enchanted Fairy Trail to 37 locations featuring 45 fairy homes and gardens to marvel at in the Richmond area.
The Old National Road Welcome Center is located at 5701 National Road East in Richmond.
Many sites are located in the Richmond Historic Depot District while others are located throughout Richmond and Centerville in libraries, gardens, museums and other businesses.

Hunter Education Course offered Oct. 8-10
A Hunter Education Course will be offered at no charge Oct. 8, 9 and 10 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Ouabache State Park Lake Lodge.
Instructors will be ICO Andrew Harmon, Darrell Reynolds, Mike and Jodi Pinkerton, Rich Falk and Tracy Myers.

Those under age 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Attendance at all classes is required for certification.

Free admission to area museums Sept. 28
Four area museums are offering free admission day on Saturday, Sept. 28, sponsored by the Smithsonian magazine.
Science Central in Fort Wayne will participate as will Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum, the Kruse Automotive and Carriage Museum and the National Military History Center, all in Auburn.
