Yoga classes offered by Susy Jones at CAC

Looking for balance and a “breather” to begin the year 2011?
The yoga class being offered by Susy Sridevi Jones, RYT 500 at the Balentine Gallery at the Arts Commerce & Visitors Centre might just be the ticket.
Classes for beginners will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 6 to 7 p.m. and continue for eight weeks. Cost is $70 and to enroll call (260) 824-5222.
Jones has been a student of yoga for 35 years. She studied in Fort Wayne, New York and Virginia. Her background in education and dance naturally led to her present profession as an instructor of yoga. She received certification to teach beginning, intermediate and advanced Hatha Yoga from the integral Yoga Institute in Buckingham, Virginia. She serves there as a member of the staff responsible for teacher training. Susy is married to Dr. Larry Jones and together they have five sons.
