FORT WAYNE — A traveling exhibit that highlights three constitutional crises Abraham Lincoln faced during the Civil War will be featured during a traveling exhibit that opens Saturday at the Allen County Public Library.
The exhibit, which will be in Fort Wayne until July 30, will focus on certain facts that aren't well know about America's 16th president. For example, Lincoln was called a tyrant because of his stance on emancipation and civil liberties....
