Norwell Swim Lessons

CPR/AED and/or Lifeguard/First Aid Recertification classes will be held at the Norwell Pool on Saturday, April 3 @ 9am. Cost is $30 per certification for those within the NWCS District; $40 per certification for those outside of the district. Checks should be made payable to Norwell Pool. Norwell Pool Lifeguarding Classes Slated:
Norwell Pool will be conducting American Red Cross Lifeguarding classes beginning Friday April 9 from 4-9pm. Class schedule may be adjusted to accommodate students. This is a 26-32 hr. class which includes First Aid, CPR, AED & Lifeguard Training.
Lifeguarding candidates must be 15 and pass swim skills assessment. Cost is $150 for those in NWCS District; $170 for those outside of the district. Checks should be made payable to Norwell Pool. Norwell Pool offers TWO 4-week Swim Lessons Sessions – Session #1 begins on April 5 (session #2 begins on May 3).
Class times are available on Mondays & Wednesdays OR Tuesdays & Thursdays (except infant/toddler classes). Class fees are $30 for session for those in the NWCS District ($35 for those outside the district).
Classes offered are:
Infant (6-18 mos) & Toddler (18-36 mos) – 5:30-6pm (M/W ONLY)
Preschool (ages 3-5) – 4:15-4:45pm OR 6-6:30pm (M/W or T/Th)
Elementary (K & up) – 4:45-5:30pm OR 6:30-7:15pm (M/W or T/Th)
Private lessons may be available on a limited basis.

Norwell Pool offers Stroke Drills and 1-Meter Diving. These classes are offered as TWO 4-week Swim Team Prep Classes – Session #1 begins on April 5 (session #2 begins on May 3). Classes offered are:
Stroke Drills – 6:30-7:30pm on Mon & Wed OR Tues/Thurs
Fees for stroke drills class are $30 per session for those in the NWCS District ($35 for those outside the district).
1-Meter Diving – 6:15-7:45 on Mondays & Wednesdays only
Fees for 1-Meter diving class are $45 for those in the NWCS District ($50 for those outside the district).

LAP SWIMS are available: Fees are $10 per session for those in the NWCS District ($15 for those outside the district):
EARLY AM swim – Tuesdays & Thursdays only 6-7am
Evening Adult Lap Swim – Mondays & Wednesdays ONLY 7:15-8:15pm
WATER EXERCISE is offered on Mondays & Wednesday from 7:15-8:15pm. Fees are $20 per session for those in the NWCS District ($25 for those outside the district).
Adult SWIM LESSONS is offered on Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm. Fees are $20 per session for those in the NWCS District ($25 for those outside the district).
