IN THE BALENTINE GALLERY
Exhibit March 1-April 15 Photography of Deb Perry exhibiting a narrated show “Unscene” sites in Wells County, sponsored by Coldwell Banker and Alexin, LLC. Listen to the story of these unique natural, architectural and environmental vistas with the artist- photojournalist at a dessert reception Sunday, March 14 at 1:00-2:30 PM in the gallery
Exhibit of Wells County student artwork April 18-May 21 sponsored by Bluffton Tri Kappa, reception Sunday, April 18 at 2:00 to 3:30 PM.
Calls for entries:
• Anyone’s additional photos of “Unscene” Wells County! Send your photo of out-of-the-way spots to CAC email above; selected photos posted on Bluffton website
• Works due May 28 for “The Garden” florals, landscapes, critters may be entered
• 2010 Focus on Photos award exhibit sponsored by Ossian State Bank
CAC SCHOOL OF BALLET
Now in session for all levels
• Mark 2010 calendars for selection from “Cinderella” performance May 2 at Life Auditorium at 3:30 PM
• Rehearsals as scheduled by ballet teacher
• Painting Workshop with Joe Harbert April 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you’ll finish a painting of hollyhocks, Fee $75. List of supplies you’ll need when you register. Sign up by April 1.

• April 8 Enjoy “Breakfast for Supper” on the river at the art center, $8 per guest, recipes by Fancheon Resler, everyone welcome
• April 11 at 3 p.m. CAC Readers Circle presents The First Ladies Their Lives and Legacies, a book
by Deborah Jones Sherwood and a display of inaugural gown reproductions displayed on dolls from a collection by Melvine Zink
• April 18 Open House and Awards for area students’ art exhibit with Tri Kappa
• April 23 Annual Benefit Auction dinner
• April 26 Annual Open Mic Poetry Jam – recent original writings, public welcome
• May 2 at 3:30 p.m. classical ballet performance at Life Center, free of charge, public welcome
• June 5 trip to “Vintage Indiana” food, wine and entertainment festival at Military Park downtown Indy
LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
• Bright & Breezy Bebop for toddlers for Mondays in April 10-10:45 with Cindy Lemmen. $35 for youngster and adult together

• Photographers Forum, Thurs. March. 25 at 6:30 p.m., Bring one of your photos. Beginners welcome. Open to public, free of charge.
• Readers’ Circle: April 13 Jane Meyer reports on “Tony” a biography of her cousin. Brown bag lunch meetings at noon to 1:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday each month at CAC
• Culinary artists:April 8 featuring guest cook Fancheon Resler offering “Breakfast for Supper” $8 per guest
• Artists in Action Fridays at 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., work space by arrangement with CAC office
