Limberlost Cabin set for Christmas
On Saturday, Dec. 12, Limberlost State Historic Site at 200 E. Sixth St., Geneva, will host holiday guests from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Christmas at the Cabin, a family-friendly event.
Snacks and live holiday folk music will be available while shopping for that unique holiday gift in the Limberlost gift shop. Bring the kids to take part in the holiday craft project, watch Limber Jim’s Swamp Slideshow and participate in the Outdoor Treasure Hunt. Bring your own camera and have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Groups of eight or more should preregister by Dec. 8. Admission to the Cabin is $3 per person. For more information or to make reservations please call 260.368.7428.
Limberlost winter hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

A Friend's House Cookie Walk Dec. 12
Get homemade holiday goodies without all the work! If you don't have time to bake Christmas goodies for your family gatherings and parties, then you need to come to the Cookie Walk on Saturday, Dec. 12, at A Friend's House at 1001 S. Clark Ave, in Bluffton. It will be open from 9 a.m. until noon.
You can select from more than 35 varieties of cookies and candies, and pay only $7 per pound. You can pick out as many cookies and candies as you want in any varieties you choose. Plus, you can enjoy complimentary coffee and some sample cookies.

Nuts & Crackers
Dec. 11-13
Fort Wayne Dance Collective will present Nuts and Crackers, a dance performance featuring students from the Fall 2009 semester of classes. Performance ages range from three years old to adult modern dances.
Performances are Friday, Dec. 11 at p.m., Saturday, Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m.
