Salamonie Children’s Day Camp, March 24–26; Also offered April 7-9
Children ages 7 to 11 are invited to spend a portion of spring break at Salamonie Reservoir learning about nature and history.
Day camps will be offered March 24–26 and April 7-9. Each day will have a theme. Both three-day long events are scheduled to be identical.
Activity sessions will run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scheduled activities include making homemade bread and butter, playing historical games, studying local wildlife, safely firing a pellet rifle, fishing, canoeing and more.
There is a $45 fee for the workshop, with $10 due at time of registration. Space is limited. Register by calling (260) 468-2127.
No park admission fee will be charged. Parents must fill out a health/participation form before their child may participate.
