Giant Stocking Coloring Contest coming
The Bluffton Parks and Recreation FREE Giant Stocking Coloring Contest will get underway soon. Coloring contests will be sent to the local schools, online at http://www.blufftonindiana.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/giantstockingcoloringcontest2014.pdf. It can also be picked up in the park office for children to color for a chance to win a giant stocking full of toys and treats. Pages must be turned into the park office  at 128 E. Market St. by Dec 16.  A winner will be called by Dec 18.

Theater Thursday Nov. 19
A FREE Theater Thursday  event will be held Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. at the Wells County Public Library. The movie to be shown will be Cinderella, rated PG. There will be free snacks, a 10 minute health info and prizes.  The Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department, Wells County Public Library and Bluffton Regional Senior Circle have partnered together to offer this free monthly movie for adults.  This is a year round event for adults that is held the third Thursday of every month. Fiber art at FW’s 1st Presbyterian gallery open now
Currently the gallery at the First Presbyterian Church in Fort Wayne is showcasing a Fiber Art and Gourd Sculpture exhibit, viewable through Nov. 29.
Quilts are the featured fiber art. There is no admission charge and the gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 9:30 to 1 p.m. The gallery also is open during all theater performances. The next production will be “The Santaland Diaries” from Dec. 3-19. Call 260-422-6329.

Exhibit at Marion’s Quilters Hall of Fame going on now
“Modern Quilts: A New Look at Classic Designs” is the current exhibit at the Marion Quilters Hall of Fame. The exhibit will be viewable through Dec. 5, at 926 South Washington St. in Marion. Hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The museum closes for the winter after Dec. 5 and will re-open again on April 7, 2016. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, $1 for children and free to those 6 and younger.

Holiday Bazaar Nov. 6 in Warren
Heritage Pointe in Warren will host a Holiday Bazaar on Friday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Fults Recreation Room at 801 Huntington Ave. 
Available will be homemade goodies, apparel, decorations, cards and more. For more informtion call 260-375-2436.
