Jay County Community band rehearsing begins March 30
The Jay County Community Band will start rehearsing on Monday, March 30 at Arts Place in Portland. Rehearsals will be on Mondays from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. in the rehearsal rooms at Arts Place, 131 E. Walnut St. in Portland. All experienced musicians are welcome to join. Registration is $35. All middle school, high school and college students can register for $10.
