Dick Reel, maker of hand hewn bowls, will b at Fiber Fest at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland March 10-12.
The event is held to celebrate and participate in the fiber arts. People of all ages from near and far flock in to take classes, see demonstrations, purchase fiber art items, enjoy the Benefit Soup Supper and more.
