What's Up!

Donate to Operation Christmas Child
Nov. 15-22
Christmas is arriving early in Bluffton, as Hope Missionary Church prepares to serve as a collection point for Operation Christmas Child during the week of Nov. 15-22. Hope Church is located at 429 E. Dustman Road, Bluffton. Hours for collection are: Monday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 21 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Monday, Nov. 22 the hours will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Through Operation Christmas Child, the world’s largest Christmas project, Bluffton residents can help send shoe box gifts this year to more than eight million children in 100 countries suffering from natural disaster, war, terrorism, disease, famine and poverty.
From Bluffton, the shoe box gifts will be sorted and sent using whatever means necessary: sea containers, trucks, trains, airplanes, boats, camels, even dog sleds, to reach suffering children around the world.
To register shoe box gifts and find out what country they are delivered to, use the EZ Give donation form found at www.samaritanspurse.org. Call: 260-824-1844.
