Free Senior Breakfast May 3 in Berne
In recognition of May as National Older Americans Month, Swiss Village and the Berne Rotary Club will be co-sponsor the 23rd annual Senior Breakfast Friday, May 3 from 7-9 a.m.
Last year, over 300 area seniors attended the free breakfast at Swiss Village, located at 1350 West Main Street in Berne. 
The breakfast will consist of scrambled eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausage, orange juice and coffee. All seniors are welcome. There will be door prize drawings and health screenings provided from 6-8:30 a.m. 
Parking will be available at the main circle drive entrance or in the north parking lot by the Social Corner. For more information call 260-589-3173.

Civic Theatre seeking helpers
Fort Wayne’s Civic Theater is sending out an invitation for volunteers to help with backstage crew for “Cinderella” May 10-19. To help with set construction come to the Arts United Center at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23. For more information call Robert at 260-422-8641 ex. 227. To become a backstage volunteer, part of the fly crew or spotlight operator call Robert at 260-422-8641, ex. 227. Previous experience not needed.
All Civic volunteers receive 2 free tickets to the production they work on (6 hour minimum commitment) ad are invited to the annual Anthony Awards presentation and party where all Civic volunteers are recognize.
