A Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will be held Saturday, April 9, from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Lancaster Chapel United Methodist Church at 4510E. 400N. in Craigville. A freewill donation will be taken, with proceeds going to the Lancaster Chapel 2011 Bible School. The public is welcome to attend the event.
Craft and Bake Sale at Markle April 9
The Markle United Methodist Church will sponsor the first-annual Craft and Bake sale Saturday, April 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Items include baked goods, jewelry, silk flower arrangements, handmade rugs and towels, purses, home and garden items, afghans, Nascar items, personalized items, homemade candies, garden tiles, Pampered Chef and homemade salsa. There will also be many baked goods for sale also. There will be a chicken-and-noodle dinner that evening. The event is open to the public for a freewill donation. Booth space still available.
