Women’s Fitness Group Starting In January
The Parks and Recreation Department will begin a Women’s Fitness Group for those interested in working out together (at all levels!)
Participants will “meet up” one to two times per month (more often if there is interest) and mix things up by trying different fitness activities. Sometimes the activity will be bootcamp or yoga in the city gym, other times those participating will run the River Greenway, bike, hike a trail, maybe even swim and kayak in the summer.
Women can join the group and attend any or all activities organized by members or women can even suggest and organize an event themselves!
To join send contact information (name, phone, email) to the Parks Department at 824-6069.
Meetups will be announced via facebook, twitter, and email. There is no cost and no obligation.
Meetups will be scheduled at varying times on varying days to accommodate as many schedules as possible. For more information or to sign up call 824-6069, or email sports@ci.bluffton.in.us
